This work highlights the importance of valuing the richness and diversity of the market gardens, both as an agricultural space and as an anthropogenic landscape, while vindicating the need to maintain this traditional activity as an opportunity to achieve a sustainable future and to preserve the memory of a town closely linked to the land. Artist: Andrea Navarro Andrea Navarro’s academic training is based on a degree in Fine Arts at the Polytechnic University of Valencia (2008-2014). She completed a university master’s degree as a secondary education teacher at the University of Valencia (2014-2016) and has a competence certificate to teach Valencian from the European University of Valencia (2016). On the other hand, she has taken complementary training courses in Figurative Narration, Painting and Photography, as well as courses on digital tools.
